PowerPoint (Starting with Blank Presentation):
Launch Microsoft PowerPoint.
Click on "Blank Presentation" to start with a blank slide.
New Slide and Layout:
To add a new slide, go to the "Home" tab.
Click on the "New Slide" dropdown.
Choose a layout for your new slide, such as Title Slide, Content, or Blank.
Pictures, Video/Audio Insert, Screen Recording, Link:
To insert pictures, go to the slide where you want to add the image.
Click on "Insert" and choose "Pictures" to select an image from your computer.
To insert video or audio, use the "Video" and "Audio" options in the "Insert" tab.
For screen recording, go to the "Insert" tab, click "Screen Recording," and select the area to record.
To insert a hyperlink, highlight the text or object, right-click, and choose "Hyperlink."
Master Slide (View):
To access the Slide Master view, go to the "View" tab.
Click on "Slide Master" to edit the master slide, which affects the overall design of your presentation.
Design, Transition, Animations, Add Notes:
Go to the "Design" tab to choose a theme and background for your presentation.
In the "Transitions" tab, select a transition effect between slides.
In the "Animations" tab, add entrance, exit, or motion path animations to objects.
To add speaker notes, go to the bottom of the PowerPoint window in the Normal view and click "Notes."
Slide Show:
To start the slide show, go to the "Slide Show" tab.
Click on "From Beginning" to begin the presentation from the first slide.
Use the arrow keys or mouse to navigate through the slides.
Export/Import (Word to PPT & Vice Versa):
To export a PowerPoint presentation to Word, go to "File," select "Save As," and choose "Word Document."
To import content from Word into PowerPoint, copy the content in Word and paste it into a PowerPoint slide.
