Please verify the names before attaching anything
Log in: Open your web browser, go to Gmail, and log in with your Gmail account credentials.
Compose: Click the "Compose" button usually found on the left side or top-left corner of the Gmail interface.
Recipient: Enter the recipient's email address in the "To" field.
Subject: Type a concise subject for your email in the "Subject" field.
Compose Email: In the main body, write your email message.
Send: Click the "Send" button to send your email.
Inbox: To check your inbox, click "Inbox" on the left-hand side of the Gmail interface.
Read Email: Click on an email in your inbox to read its contents.
Open Email: Open the email containing the attachment.
Download: If the attachment is not automatically downloaded, you can usually find a "Download" or "Save" button or icon within the email viewer. Click it to save the attachment to your computer.
Follow the steps mentioned above for creating an email.
When composing your email, use the paperclip icon to attach the files you want to send.
Complete the email as usual and click "Send."
