1. Insert Menu:
Click on the "Insert" tab on the ribbon at the top.
This menu allows you to add various elements to your document.
2. Table:
Click on "Table" in the "Insert" tab.
Select the number of rows and columns you need.
Your table will be inserted, and you can start adding content.
3. Picture and Shapes:
To insert a picture, click on "Picture" and select the image from your computer.
To insert shapes, click on "Shapes" and choose the shape you want. Click and drag to draw it on your document.
4. SmartArt & Charts:
SmartArt: Click on "SmartArt" to create visual representations like diagrams or organizational charts. Follow the prompts to customize it.
Charts: Click on "Chart" to insert different types of charts. Input your data, and the chart will be generated.
5. Symbols:
Place your cursor where you want to insert a symbol.
Click on "Symbol" in the "Insert" tab and choose the symbol you need from the list.
6. Text Box:
Click on "Text Box" in the "Insert" tab.
Click and drag to draw a text box where you want to add text.
Start typing or paste your content into the text box.
7. Word Art:
Click on "WordArt" in the "Insert" tab.
Choose a WordArt style and enter your text.
Customize the appearance using the WordArt tools.
